Don't Mess with the Zohan

Just watch this movie on Monday, with Kev and Jialin. My wife wanted to watch this as well. Well with Adam Sandler in the movie, i thought at least it should be reasonable and i was not too disappointed. I have not watched the trailer so i do not know what to expect, but i thought lets give it a shot.

If you do not know about this movie then here is a quick synopsis :

This is the story about a Mossad agent Zohan Dvir, who fakes his death so he can re-emerge in New York City as a hair stylist. He romances his clients by giving them "special services" in the back room. However, he is eventually recognized, and risks losing his newfound life and career.

This movie borders on the Naked Gun style comedy, but redeems itself with really funny moments, that is in my opinion still acceptable comedy. Thank goodness it did not try too hard to make itself to be a lampoon sort of comedy. If it did that i think this movie will be a disaster.

I do notice though that alot of Adam Sandler's movie has cameo's from alot of his friends in the hollywood which includes John McEnroe. If you are bored with how the movie is heading just count how many stars appear in the movie.

This is probably a guy movie, if you are the titanic sort of movie fan then i would suggest you to give this movie a miss. Rate 6.5 /10
