The Wagyu Night





As promised, I was planning to have a night when we can all try one of the best beef in town. The Wagyu beef certainly lived up to its reputation. I have tried Kobe and Wagyu has not disappoint. I went to Mondo butchers and found the best grade i could find.

I can never express the feeling when you actually a piece of the beef into your mouth. Its so soft and the meat just melts in your mouth


I bought a ribeye and seared it, left it in the oven to cook for 20 minutes. What i got was a medium rare Wagyu beef that is so succulent and delicious


We planning another big night after a successful trial. On the 4th Oct we will have one of those nights again but this time only invitees
