I bought 2 hokkien noodles from 2 different store to find out if they do taste different and the ansswer is yes... there is a slight difference mainly due to the skill of the chef.
Above is the Cystal Jade Korean Ginseng BBQ Shop. Not too shabby.. but price is abit expensive too.....
One thing i find is that there are more restaurant in Singapore.. and each is more unique than the other... I sampled some interesting dim sum as well in Suntec... of which i shall post.. unfortunately the internet at my house in Singapore is abit the slow, so i prefer to upload and write less... photos speaks a thousand words.
..Ps jeff preached on Sunday... which was really good. His sermons have certainly improved greatly. Going to visit City Harvest during the week as i have to meet up with a friend to pass him something - heard John Avanzzini is going to be there.
