Have received a great blessing from God. My home loan rate dropped even though i have 3 yr fixed home loan. From a high of 8.25% to 6.19%. So i make a saving of $9600. Wow !
And better still no penalty. How it happens.. hahah... i shall keep that a secret but, yes i found a way to reduce a fixed rate loan, without penalty, ... and i shall take the secret to the grave with me.. Heehee...
