Made to Laugh

Recently I went to the Caversham Wild Life Park and got to see some interesting creatures. A couple of things stood out for me... one of course was this little Kookaburra. As I listened to this little bird, a thought came into my mind, does this bird know that it is being captured and put in a cage....

Maybe it did, maybe it didn't .. i don't really know... what i know is it continue to sing its song and continue to what it was made to do - It was made to "laugh"

Gen 1:26-27

26 Then God said, “Let us make human beings^[b] in our image, to be like us. They will reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, the livestock, all the wild animals on the earth, and the small animals that scurry along the ground.”

27 So God created human beings^[c] in his own image.
In the image of God he created them;
male and female he created them.

We are created in God's image, God made us to think like him to be like him, I have learned that because we are made in the image of Christ. We should start to think, talk, feel like him. We should not let difficulties stop us, just like the bird even if we are caged, our DNA should be like that of christ.

Nothing should stop us from being who God called us to be.
