Inchi Kabin Chicken

INCHI KABIN CHICKEN

4 clove chopped garlic
6 nos sliced shallots
5 gm chopped young ginger
5 nos bird's cilis
2 stall lemon grass sliced
4 pcs double lime leaf jullinene.
3 nos lime juice
2 nos eggs
60 gm corn flour
20 gm meat curry powder
1 nos chilli flower sliced

Instructions:

Use mixing bowl put in the chicken and ingredients mix well.Then break 2 nos eggs mixed well together with the ingredients and then mixed well with corn flour.
marinated put in chiller for 1 hrs.

Notes:

Use Wok or pot hot oil then deep fried 3/4 cooked and drain strainer rest for few minutes, then deep fried to golden brown.really to served.Dip sauce Hot sweet sour sauce.

Red chilli chopped 20%
Sugar 40%
Galic chopped 20%
Salt 5%

This is a nice dish to try ... would like to start adding recipe in here so i can remember what i cook ....
